The Franklands // In Home Lifestyle Newborn Family Photoshoot in Hummelstown, PA
Many moons ago, Madeline surprised me at church with the news that she was pregnant! I was beyond elated for her as I know the total joy and excitement you experience when your family grows.
Fast-forward to present day: Madeline reached out to me in hopes to book a session soon as Atticus was about to celebrate his first month of life!
It was incredible how it worked out — we shot this photo shoot exactly one month from his birth day! I love that!! The Franklands will forever be able to remember how old he was in these photos — I don’t know about you, but I’m a big fan of details, so when I look back at old pictures, I love remembering the little details!
When I showed up at their beautiful, warm, and welcoming home, I was greeting by a huge smile — Madeline! If you know the Franklands, you know exactly what I’m talking about! They gave me a tour of their sweet house as I asked a hundred questions about Atticus. Bursting with pride and overflowing with joy and adoration for Atticus, I knew Jeremiah & Madeline were such naturals. It was so much fun to talk with Jeremiah & Madeline about their new adventure navigating all the twists and turns of parenthood. They literally had beaming smiles on their face the whole time they talked.
They both said that becoming parents has been the greatest change that’s happened to their lives, and it’s proving to be better than they expected!! How amazing is that?! They were so genuine and pure. Just the way that they talked about their son — ugh! It melted my heart! I could feel the tangible presence of God.
If I could capture just a glimpse of the love that they have for their adorable son, that’s all you’d need to see.
Jeremiah & Madeline, you both are incredible parents and the RIGHT parents for Atticus! God knew what He was doing when he gifted that beautiful boy to your family. You have all the tools you need to raise him in the way that he should go. God bless you in this journey as you discover more about the Father, His love for you, and the ever-growing love in your family.
